There was a time, at 300 lbs, when confidence felt like it belonged to everyone else. I’d tried the fad diets and the extremes; none of it was realistic or sustainable. Treating confidence as a practice—one choice, one workout, one promise kept—changed my life. It returned my voice, my energy, and my joy. I know firsthand how much that shift matters.
